Through the heart of the Trnovo forest
Lokve > Turški klanec > Mala Lazna > Trnovo > Voglarji > Lokve
The idyllic forest path leads from Lokve through the forest reserve Smrečje and follows the southern edge of the plateau, where in some spots, views of the Vipava Valley open in front of you. In Trnovo you can visit a monument to fallen soldiers that hides a beautiful view. Return to Lokve through the picturesque village Voglarji, stop at the restaurant or recharge at nearby energy points. Suitable for more advanced cyclists. If you like you may shorten the route through Nemci, and thus make it suitable for a family trip.
